Rainbow-Colored Communities: LGBT Same-Sex Marriage Rights

What can we say about the LGBT same-sex marriage issue?

The statement below somehow sums it all.

"I like red it's the color of an apple. Orange it's the color of an orange. Yellow, it's a lemon and a beautiful sun sun sun! Green, it's the color of the trees and lots of living things! And then there's blue for the sky! And purple that's a color that's fun fun fun! When you put these colors side by side. What do you think you've done? You've made a rainbow! And it's a really beautiful one!"

This is a very sensitive topic. But we are entitled to our own opinions, with no disrespect intended to either pro or con parties.

Man and woman together is a biological necessity and is an adherence to the natural order in the propagation of the human species. It is human sensibilities and the need for companionship that drives unions, conjugations and marriages, thus the confusion that plagues us all. Equality with heterosexuality was the cause of the movement, but is a deterrent to the natural order.

Achieving Work Nirvana

“While we might think praise should be based on merit, it simply isn’t. It’s based on power, persuasion and brand. We like to brag, talk about winning something, and show it – or serve it – to our friends”

It’s unsurprising that we become frustrated when our (arguably less) talented, much louder colleagues in the blogging community, get ahead of us. I’m sick of all the moaning about this.

It takes time, effort and dedication to turn yourself from just another employee into someone whose name is known and respected. Yes, doing this means taking a lot of time, and talent, that takes up so much of our working (and even sleeping) lives.

The desire for fame and recognition is not a bad thing. We should know that hardly anyone gets to the top alone. Nobody actually got ahead by just being really good on his own. We also collaborate with other individuals who have the skills, knowledge, or influence to attain the ultimate goal.
